La société PARADISE MOTORCYCLES est propriétaire des marques françaises et internationales RUBY acquises avec le fonds de commerce de la société STUDIO PILOTE mise en liquidation judiciaire à la fin de l’année 2014.

La société STUDIO PILOTE XIAMEN TECHNOLOGY établie en Chine, qui était le fabricant de STUDIO PILOTE n’a plus aucun lien avec la marque RUBY pour laquelle elle ne détient aucune licence. 

Depuis qu’elle est propriétaire des marques RUBY, la société PARADISE MOTORCYCLES lutte sans relâche contre la mise en vente sur les salons et sur le web de casques reproduisant les anciens modèles et revêtus de la marque RUBY.

C’est ainsi qu’avec l’aide des douanes italiennes, elle a obtenu la saisie des stocks de casques exposés sur le stand de l’EICMA qui se tenait à Milan du 10 au 13 novembre dernier et la fermeture dudit stand.

La société PARADISE averti le public qu’elle n’a donné aucune autorisation à ce jour à quelque tiers que ce soit et notamment en Chine pour fabriquer et vendre des casques sous la marque RUBY.

Une importante quantité de casques fabriqués en Chine présentés comme neufs et dans leur emballage « d’origine » sont de ce fait par définition des contrefaçons dont la société PARADISE MOTORCYCLES  n’a par ailleurs aucun moyen de confirmer qu’ils remplissent les critères qualitatifs et de sécurité nécessaires.

Afin que le consommateur-client d’un casque RUBY soit pleinement protégé vis à vis de la réglementation en vigueur aussi bien en matière de norme que de garantie, seuls les achats dans la boutique officielle RUBY STORE située au 9 avenue de la Grande Armée à PARIS ou via le site internet officiel www.ateliers-ruby.com sont agréés.

 The company PARADISE MOTORCYCLES is the owner of the French and worldwide brand name RUBY purchased as a legal asset of the company STUDIO PILOTE which was in legal liquidation at the end of 2014. 

The company STUDIO PILOTE XIAMEN TECHNOLOGY established in China, which has been the manufacturer of STUDIO PILOTE no longer has any affiliation with the RUBY brand and was never accorded any licence to do business as or for RUBY.

Since becoming the legal owner of the brand RUBY,  the company PARADISE MOTORCYCLES  has been fighting without end against the pirated sales of old RUBY branded helmet models in trade shows and on the internet.  

With the assistance of the Italian Customs, PARADISE MOTORCYCLES as the rightful legal owner of RUBY, has had the stock of Helmets on display at the EICMA Show in Milan November 10-13 seized and thereafter the forced closing of the display stand at the show. 

The company PARADISE MOTORCYCLES hereby informs all that to date no authorization was ever given for sales representation or Chinese fabrication of RUBY Helmets.

A significant quantity of helmets manufactured in China and represented as new in official packaging appearing to be authentic RUBY Helmets are in fact counterfeits and therefore PARADISE MOTORCYCLES has no way of guaranteeing that these helmets fulfill the quality and safety characteristics required to be genuine RUBY helmets. 

With the desired result being that consumers / clients for RUBY helmets be completely protected in terms of regulatory issues , material conformity, and enjoying a full guarantee  only those purchases made from the official RUBY STORE boutique located at 9 Avenue de la Grande Armee in Paris, France OR purchases made on the official website : www.ateliers-ruby.com will be recognized.
